A vehicle purchase is a big step and our staff is here to help you seamlessly through that process. To help you through your purchase, the following documentation is necessary:
Personal Identification. Valid PA drivers license, PA ID or Military ID
Proof of insurance for registering the vehicle. This must be a hard copy of your insurance card, declaration page or binder. A copy of this has to be sent with the title transfer paperwork. We will accept a faxed copy from your insurance company.
Transfering a tag to the vehicle that you are buying? Please bring the registration card for that tag. If the registration has more than one name, both individuals need to be present for the transaction.
Purchasing on behalf of a company? Please bring a letter of authroization on that company's letterhead.
Are you buying an a vehicle from out of state? The vehicle need to be physically at our office at time of transfer so that the VIn number can be verified. If you are unable to bring the vehicle, you will need a MV-41.
